If any of you can still reproduce the original crash is able to get a
valgrind trace for it, that would be very helpful to compare with the
related crash. You can obtain it by running

valgrind /usr/bin/kontact 2>&1 | tee ~/valgrind.log

Be aware that kontact will run VERY slow when you do it; this is
completely normal.
