[Bug 289190] [NEW] knetworkmanager does not automaticaly connect to my wifi network

Public bug reported:

I have just upgraded to kubuntu intrepid RC.  And when the system starts
knetworkmanager shows the status of disconnected.  but if i click on it
and select my wifi network it connects just fine.  So the problem is it
_never_ connects automatically when the system boots up.  It use to
connect automatically in hardy.
