[Bug 289725] [NEW] Icons toolbar move alone

Public bug reported:

Icons toolbar move alone when I close a file. Icons move to right, to
left, change position...

I have found a configuration that's correct (see the first part of the
attached image):

Nouvelle, Ouvrir, Nouveau à partir d'un modèle | Enregistrer,
Enregistrer sous | Fermer | Annuler, Refaire

With this configuration, icons don't move when I close a file, but if I
add an icon, like that (see the second part of the attached image):

Nouvelle, Ouvrir, Nouveau à partir d'un modèle | Enregistrer,
Enregistrer sous | Fermer | Annuler, Refaire, Définir un signet

icons begin to move each time I close a file (see the last part of the
attached image).
