[Bug 290227] [NEW] [Intrepid] I cannot add any smtp account

That's all, I tried to set up two different smtp accounts, and after I
complete all the data, it doesn't appear at "Sending" tab (I am not sure
if the tab is called "sending", I have it in Spanish and it says
"Enviando").

I tried with gmail smtp and one server of my university.
