[Bug 290345] [NEW] [Intrepid] If the tag list is bigger than the screen, the window doesn't fit the screen

Public bug reported:

If I select several tags, and the tag list becomes bigger than the
screen, the window doesn't fit the screen and it is not possible to
resize it. I think there should appear a scroll bar.

It is Adept 3.0B4 in an up-to-date Kubuntu Intrepid Ibex amd64.
