[Bug 188385] Re: Application shortcuts broken

I can't use any shortcut to launch applications. I defined several
shorcuts to applications from the menu editor, but it doesn't work. I
tried using ctrl, alt, win and even with multimedia keys (which are
recognized correctly), and nothing happens when I try to use it.

I am using Kubuntu 8.10 with KDE 4.1.2 from the official repository.
