I booted a Dell D600 from a Kubuntu Intrepid Ibis alpha 5 CD, launched
Kontact, and created a new To-do item.  When I clicked the OK button in
the New To-do window, the Resource Selection dialog appeared.  It
contained two "Default KOrganizer Resource" entries.

This is probably a configuration problem described in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140041
