[Bug 267477] [NEW] KDE Panels do not remember Widgets/Plasma

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

I'm not sure if this is only related to my install, but it seems that
the bottom panel does not remember any movement or widgets added. I
tried to move my panel to the top, and change kicker from new to classic
menu style, along with making another panel for my taskbar and system
tray. Upon restarting or logging back in, the panel moves back to the
bottom, loses all widget changes, etc. Now the bottom panel only
contains a clock, new devices, plasma dashboard, and home folder: no
system try or application launcher.

This is on a 32-bit Kubuntu, latest alpha, fully upgraded.

Going to try to reinstall now.

** Affects: kubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
