[Bug 228241] Re: KMail cachedimap Gmail Loses Mail On Move To Folder

Works in KMail 1.10.1 (KDE 4.1.1)

Tested scenarios:
1) the mails TEST, TEST2, TEST3, TEST4 are in Inbox.
2) move each mail to a directory
TEST => subdir of [Gmail]
TEST2 => main subdir (i.e. same level as Inbox and [Gmail])
TEST3 => subdir of TEST2
TEST4 => main subdir without further sub directories.
