[Bug 152372] [NEW] adept_manager version upgrade crash if /etc/apt/sources.list.d directory missing

Please check the existence of the dir in sourceslist.py after:
236:    partsdir = apt_pkg.Config.FindDir("Dir::Etc::sourceparts")
314:    partsdir = apt_pkg.Config.FindDir("Dir::Etc::sourceparts")
