I think the way to fix this bug is to remove the deprecated firefox-
startpage scripts in ubuntu-docs, kubuntu-docs, edubuntu-docs and
mozilla-firefox-locales-all, as I described here:

I didn't get much feedback on that post but will be proceeding with it
soon.
