This is a bug in app-install-data. It takes the desktop files that apps
like Okular or Krita use for mimetype handling and generates .desktop
files for managers such as Adept Install or gnome-app-install to use.
You can check in gnome-app-install too, you'll see multiple Okulars and
Kritas there as well.
