[Bug 270006] [NEW] Adept should have an option to automatically download packages in the background

Binary package hint: adept

Adept should have an option to download the packages automatically in
the background as and when they are released so that installation will
be faster. A small tray notification that the packages are ready to be
installed would be nice feature to have.
