[Bug 270113] [NEW] 8.10: kde4 startup sound stops

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdelibs

When KDE is starting in intrepid it plays about half a second of the
startup sound, then stops like it was suddenly muted.

Either there should be no startup sound or there should be a whole one
;-)
