[Bug 271967] [NEW] [intrepid]knetattach network folder wizard opens Konqueror instead of Dolphin

Public bug reported:

When adding new ftp folders from Dolphin's Network folder (knetattach),
it opens the newly created link in Konqueror instead of Dolphin. After
this initial instance, Dolphin will open the link as expected.
