[Bug 194416] Re: [hardy] kmail shortcut for search bar is missing from Settings menu

Richard I've updated the Subject of this bug to reflect it true nature.
The search bar is available, but not the menu shortcut to turn it in/visible as it used to be on older versions.

Both 3.x and 4.x have this behaviour.
