[Bug 273241] [NEW] Traditional KDE4 menu shows overlapping text

Public bug reported:

On some entries the application name and the description overlap each
other (Format: Name Description). The width of the menu should get wider
to avoid this.

Also it would be nice to have a Format in the scheme "Name
(Description)" to seperate the name and the description better from each
other. A Format the other way round is available but less usable.
