I guess the same happens, when using the include graphics function from
the LaTeX menu. If the file to be inserted has a long filename, the
automatically inserted comment line will be wrapped in this way:

  \includegraphics{directory/quite_long_filename_quite_long_filename.pdf}
  % quite_long_filename_quite_long_filename.pdf: 595x842 pixel, 72dpi, 20.99x29.70 cm, 
bb=0 0 595 842
