[Bug 353902] [NEW] Can't change Talkers in KTTSMgr

Kubuntu 9.04 i386 Beta (updated to 2/Apr/2009).

If I either:
a) Change the order of Talkers so that a different Talker is at the top of the list, or
b) Change the details of the top talker (eg. change the Voice or Speed of an eSpeak voice),

then the change has no effect on subsequent speech, although the change
is shown in KTTSMgr, and HOME/.kde/share/config/kttsdrc appears to be
updated as expected.

If I log-out (Leave -> Logout, end of session) and then log-in again as
the same user, then the change is recognized.

This bug did not occur in Kubuntu 8.04.
