OOo has the same shortcuts on all platforms and are localized per
language it is not going to change. This works fine on Gnome so kdebase
needs to change its keymapping, or someone who can convincingly argue
with upstream to change this behavior (very unlikely) to be specific per
platform (think many hundreds of combinations of shortcuts at that
point).
