[Bug 358659] [NEW] Default tab layout in Konqueror

Public bug reported:

In my opinion, these changes to default settings of Konqueror would
greatly improve usability:

1. “Hide the tab bar when only one tab is open” should be off
In this way, one can open a new tab with just double clicking on tab-bar, even if there is only one tab.

2. “Show close button on tabs” should be on
It has a good impact on reducing unnecessary mouse movements.
