[Bug 363887] [NEW] kde help center kontact/index.html is missing

Public bug reported:

Many pages are present in the KDE help center; but
help:/kontact/index.html "does not exist."

Clarification: this is through Kontact itself. When I navigate to Help
-> Kontact Handbook the pop-up message appears with the error.
