[Bug 363935] [NEW] Kwin fails to lock screen (password enabled screensaver)

Kwin "Lock Screen" function is totally kaput here.

I could a similar line on my ~/.xsession-errors every time I tried to
run the lock function from the KDE desktop or menu items.
