Public bug reported:
Kubuntu x86_64 9.04 RC with updates
nVidia 9800GT 512M
Happens with the following video drivers.
- nv
- nvidia :- 180.44 180.51 185.19 beta
After the system has been up for say 4 hours or more, parts of the main
panel start to disappear, other plasmoids get corrupted, and parts of
the Application Launcher plasmoid start disappearing. After a while
longer the whole plasma process crashes and usually auto restarts back
to a functional state again.
I've had this happening since Intrepid but didn't realise it was being
caused by the twitter plasmoid until I stopped using it.
Haven't seen this happening on my 32bit system however. That system
also runs the nVidia binary blob.
