[Bug 366745] [NEW] I can't drag menu items to KDE4 panel

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When a panel is set to auto-hide I am not able to drag menu items from
other panels to the auto-hid panel.  I can drag them fine if it is
within the same panel or if the panel is not set to auto hide.

Using Kubuntu 9.04(Jaunty) and KDE 4.2.2.
