Binary package hint: khelpcenter

I just installed Kubuntu 9.04.

In KHelpCenter, I typed in the search box.  The left-hand panel switched
to the Search tab, but only "UNIX manuals" was available.  So I clicked
[Build Search Index...] and checked "Application Manuals" and clicked
[Build index].  That popped up a window that quickly displayed "Index
creation finished", but its Index creation log (below) said "htdig
failed".  I think the root failure is there is no /usr/bin/htdig program
on my system.

The right thing to do is for the Kubuntu installer to build search
indexes.  Having to do it myself isn't user-friendly.
