[Bug 367343] [NEW] collapse thread not working in Kmail

Public bug reported:

When I click on Collapse thread or Collapse all threads in Kmail nothing
happens.  I have tried both from the menu and from the toolbar and
nothing happened.

I'm using Kubuntu 9.04(Jaunty) with kmail 1.11.2 in KDE 4.2.2.
