[Bug 367479] [NEW] Text rendering error in Launchpad report bug page (<WBR> tag)

Public bug reported:

1) Open konqueror
2) Navigate to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/+filebug>
3) Enter "konqueror" as the package and "THIS IS A TEST BUG DO NOT FILE" as summary.
4) Press the "continue" button
5) Select "No I would like to report a new bug"

Now scroll down the the "Ubuntu guidelines" text.  Look at the link
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage>.

You will see the final "e" is separated by a space.

Looking at the html, this is due to a "wbr" tag:

FindRightPackag<wbr></wbr>e

which is apparently used to indicate

'"The browser may insert a line break here, if it wishes." It the
browser does not think a line break necessary nothing happens.' (source:
<http://www.quirksmode.org/oddsandends/wbr.html>).

I'm 99% sure this normally renders correctly in Firefox, but I can't
check right now because I'm using the Kubuntu live cd.  Obviously
Konqueror thinks "wbr" can mean something even if it doesn't use it as a
line break.

Konqueror should probably be fixed.  That said, this is obviously an
error in the HTML as well, since it wouldn't make sense to break the
word at that point :-).
