[Bug 367862] [NEW] Cannot resize columns in Kmail folder view

Binary package hint: kdepim

In the folder view in Kmail (version 1.11.2) I added the 'total' column
to display the total number of messages in a folder. When the mouse
hovers on the column headers, the resize cursor does not appear and the
column size cannot be adjusted.
