[Bug 315891] Re: kde system monitor displays negative CPU % after running for a few days

I believe that bug 315891 may offer some insight into why this is
happening. (The values are being displayed in the wrong fields, leaving
wonky results. This bug should be forwarded to bugs.kde.org.
