[Bug 368291] [NEW] knotes size cant be resized in jaunty

knotes 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu1
in jaunty 9.04

The note displayed by knotes can no longer be resized.  The area(bottom-
right) where you would normally grab with your mouse to resize the note
is no longer grab able.  This problem did not exist in 8.10.  This bug
makes the knotes highly unusable.
