[Bug 363888] Re: kmail immediately restarts itself after exit

If I manually load kontact after kmail and select kontact's kmail
component, then type 'killall kmail' in a shell, I can get the kmail
reloading to stop for the session. Not a permanent fix, but keeps me
from immediately switching to another PIM
