Binary package hint: update-notifier-kde

Currently the desktop file lists the following autostart settings:
X-KDE-autostart-after=panel
X-KDE-autostart-condition=adept_notifierrc:General:Autostart:true

Of which both are outdated because
a) panel doesn't exist any longer in KDE 4
b) adept_notifierrc doesn't exist in >9.04 since adept isn't used anymore

They should be replaced with X-KDE-autostart-phase=2, which causes
update-notifier-kde to be started at the very end of the startup
sequence.

Quoting the autostart documentation:
   Window manager startup
   Autostart phase 1
   Session restoration
   Autostart phase 2
