According to http://duncan.mac-vicar.com/blog/archives/557, the upstream
developer Duncan Mac-Vicar P. is aware of this bug. He released a new
version (http://duncan.mac-vicar.com/blog/archives/557) anyway, adding
some features and other bug fixes.
