The affected components are for the better part not ported to KDE 4 and thus have been deactivated, since the large majority of functions was not working at all and gave users a wrong impression.

I suppose KDE would very much like to have your help on porting it to
KDE 4, but for the time being the crypto stuff is mostly just not
available.
