[Bug 418354] Re: kdialog --passivepopup doesn't use the notification area

Yes, I have.  As I wrote, I was able so send something there via
qdbusviewer.  All I get with 'kdialog --passivepopup' is a small dialog
without any decorations centered on the screen.

I have no idea how to debug this, please give me a pointer in the right
direction.
