[Bug 410494] [NEW] KDE 4.3.0: Desktop Doesn't Automatically Refresh

I am using Kubuntu Karmic 64-bit, and I noticed yesterday that the
desktop doesn't automatically refresh. For example, if I download a file
to my desktop from the internet, I have to right click the desktop and
click "refresh" in order to see it. The same thing goes when I delete a
file from my desktop, the icon for it will still be there until I
manually refresh the desktop. I am using my desktop as a classic
desktop, not folder view.
