[Bug 420087] [NEW] [Karmic] Arora scales all print jobs to 80% and there is no method of changing

Public bug reported:

No matter what screen you are on, when you select File->Print, the
output is scaled to 80%.  This is not a thing setup in my Optra printer
driver.  I can print just fine from everything else.  What is even more
perplexing is that Arora doesn't have any options for scaling or fitting
to page width via the print dialog.
