[Bug 421390] [NEW] kdevelop doesn't save tab order

Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
1. create/open some project with multiple files
2. make sure there are a lot of tabs (files of the project) open in kdevelop
3. now quit kdevelop
4. restart kdevelop and notice that the tab order was preserved for now
5. now reorder tabs using the middle button drag and drop
6. quit&restart kdevelop
7. notice that you now get the original tab order, there wasn't a save after the reordering
