[Bug 422065] [NEW] kopete disappears when using message indicator and no systray

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdenetwork

When using the message indicator and systray is turned off, clicking the
close button on Kopete makes it disappear but not Quit.  It should
reappear when selecting from the message indicator (as happens when
clicking on systray icon) but that does not happen.

It should also warn the user that it is disappearing and can be
recovered from the message indicator as happens with the systray.
