Low priority pet-peve bugs? Konsole4 is utter crap!!! When running
vim, my displayed cursor may be a keystroke behind, making it difficult
to do anything because I don't know with any certainty where I am. The
contents of the terminal window may or may not change when I select a
new tab. The highlighted tab may or may not change when I select a new
tab. These make the program nearly unusable, and KDE4 feel like a pile
of junk.

If you introduce enough pet-peeve bugs, no one will use the program, and
I will list a few more. I can no longer control the behavior of a
triple click to select everything from that word on, which is how I
always use any terminal whenever possible. When I select the end of the
line, konsole4 still looks like I'm selecting a bunch of spaces at the
end, instead of instantly highlighting the rest of the line, like every
other terminal program. If there is nothing in the scroll back, using
the mouse wheel is equivalent to the up and down arrows, which can
accidentally send my cursor to who knows where, or bring up some command
I don't want, which might accidentally destroy my system upon middle
clicking (oops, I accidentally brought up "rm -rf *" and pasted a
newline). The width of tabs at the bottom is too wide, wasting
important space and making me feel like I have the version for dummies.

I would just forever ditch KDE, but KDE 3.5 had such a good terminal
program that I am spoiled for life. Maybe I need to do all the work of
posting every one of these individual bugs. I had just been assuming
that these were so glaring that they were being taken care of.
