[Bug 392281] [NEW] Kwin window scaling slow with compositing

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Scaling windows with Kwin is horrendously slow when compositing is
enabled.  This is on a fast machine with an ATI graphics card.

Scaling a window, when you move the mouse, it seemingly won't react.
After a pause, it will scale to the point the cursor is at. The window
might "jiggle" a split second before the scale occurs.
