[Bug 494547] [NEW] WISH: Remeber filter settings in album view

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: digikam

Since I store raw and jpeg files next to each other and since my personal rating scheme interprets 0 stars as "bad but not deleted" I always need the following filter settings for album view "No RAW files" and "minimum one star". Each time I start digikam I need to set these filter settings.
I think it is a good idea to store the filter settings when leaving digikam and restore them on start up.
