[Bug 494731] [NEW] The default plasma-desktop configuration causes plasma-desktop to crash

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

The default plasma-desktop configuration causes plasma-desktop to crash.
It is uncertain whether or not it is an upstream bug, as we do patch the
default widget layout. The backtrace seems to indicate a crash
calculating the geometric constraints for the System Tray Plasma widget,
though I do not have a complete backtrace yet as I am still downloading
the debug symbols. Once I am done downloading the debug symbols I will
edit the backtrace in here, and until then this can be a placeholder for
the ISO testing tracker.
