Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we can't fix it without trying one thing
first.

Please run the following commands which will delete the .deb and force a
re-download, which will strike out a bad download

* sudo rm -rf   /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-icons-oxygen_4%3a4.2.2-0ubuntu1.1_all.deb
* sudo aptitude upgrade
