[Bug 496208] [NEW] sftp:// protocol no longer works in KDE 4.4 on lucid

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

When using Dolphin on KDE 4.4b1 on Lucid, the sftp:// KIO doesn't work
anymore.  Attempting to enter a URL with sftp:// causes Dolphin (or
Konqueror) to throw an "Invalid Protocol" error.  This worked just fine
on 4.3.
