[Bug 496771] [NEW] kmail displays attachment as "unnamed"

Binary package hint: kdepim

For some senders KMail does not display the mail attachment filenames,
but just "Unnamed" even if file name is specified in Content-
Disposition.

Here are the headers of the example problem email:
