Well, this is a problem in kde4libs as that string should not be tagged
as c-format

Here is the row entry:

msgid "% of View Width"
msgstr ""

In this case po file should be:

#: obj-sparc-linux-gnu/kate/ui_appearanceconfigwidget.h:200
msgid "% of View Width"
msgstr ""
