[Bug 473859] [NEW] Knetwork-manager connection attempt doesn't work

I have an GSM connection configured in KNewtwork manager.
When I try to connect the KNetwork manager is doing nothing.
This bug appear in 9.10, in 9.04 till 9.10 alpha5 (I don't remember)  all work ok.
With network manager from Gnome it's working.

Also the same problem was with the configuration for vpnc in 9.04, but
for the moment I cannot try to see if persist.
