I'm having the same problem. So I want to install KTorrent 3.3 too,
apparently it's still not in the repositories... but when I install from
the website, I cannot compile. Some compiler tool is missing I guess,
installing cmake was fine but after that it still fails to compile.

Will KTorrent 3.3 be available via apt-get soon? "sudo apt-get install
ktorrent" answers that my 3.2.8 is still in the latest version...

PS: I'm using Kubuntu 9.10 Karmic, not 9.04 Jaunty...
